This disclosure describes how that information is shown and what you should verify before relying on it for Ontario real estate decisions.

Where agent or brokerage advertising appears, the responsible brokerage should be clearly identified when that information is available in our records or listing feeds. Brokerage affiliation should be reviewed and verified with the registrant or brokerage before you transact, list, or rely on profile or listing information.

Some listing or profile records may not include a brokerage name. When affiliation is missing, Logistate uses neutral wording and does not imply endorsement, ranking, or compliance verification.

Some listing or brokerage details may come from third-party feeds, MLS-related sources, brokerage-managed profiles, or manual entry. That information may be incomplete, delayed, outdated, or changed without notice. See our Listing Data Disclaimer and Market Data Disclaimer for additional context.

Labels such as highlighted homes, curated picks, recently added listings, or editorial community and market content describe Logistate product presentation or editorial curation. They do not necessarily mean endorsement, paid ranking, legal recommendation, brokerage affiliation, or that Logistate verified agent credentials—unless explicitly stated and supported by documented criteria and legal review.

Paid or sponsored placement, when introduced, will require separate disclosure and legal review before public use.

Logistate does not verify Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) registration numbers, brokerage licences, or advertising claims unless a separate verified workflow is documented and enabled. Users should verify agent and brokerage registration and brokerage affiliation through official sources or directly with the brokerage or registrant before engaging services.
